Old Value: Players with more than 2 years of experience in the NFL must be activated from the Taxi Squad.
New Value: Players with more than 1 years of experience in the NFL must be activated from the Taxi Squad.
Old Value: Players with more than 2 years of experience in the NFL must be activated from the Taxi Squad.

Reasoning:
Upon league creation, the intention was to have only players in their first two years eligible for
